There is a small lift available. It accesses all floors! it was convenient for moving luggage. building work occurred one day in the restaurant. I could understand that it was off season so maintenance needed to be carried out!

the location was perfect.. close to everything. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was very clean and i had a good sleep because the street is quiet.
The bathroom needs refurbishment. The bath was rusty. the hotel entrance is shabby and the hotel looks very dated.

the location was superb. The beach is just a short walk away. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. i especially liked the air conditioning in my room, a welcome escape from the heat. the bed provided a restful night's sleep, and i found everything i needed for a comfortable stay.
the corridors seemed a little dark sometimes.
